Meditation in Hale

Thursdays 8pm to 9pm.

With meditation you can find the space to allow your mind to settle and experience the natural calmness that is ever present but which normally goes unnoticed in our busy and stimulating lives.

From Thursday 18 May 2017, the Hale Buddhist Meditation group is running a course focusing on the transformative practices that lead to enlightenment, as set out in the famous work The Thirty Seven Practices of a Conqueror’s Child, by the Tibetan Buddhist master Gyalse Tokme Zangpo.

No experience is necessary to come to our sessions and there is no need to book – just come along.

Venue: Precious Health, First Floor, Progress House, 17 Cecil Road, Hale, WA15 9NZ.
