Change of venue for the Shedra: 7 & 8 July

Pointing a finger at the dharmakayaPlease note that there has been a change of venue for the forthcoming teaching in Manchester.

Lama Jampa will visit Manchester on 7 and 8 July to give the third part of his teaching on ‘Pointing a Finger at the Dharmakaya’, a Mahamudra practice text composed by the 9th Karmapa Wangchuk Dorje.

The teaching is open to anyone with a serious interest in Buddhism.

Saturday 10.30am – 4.30pm and Sunday 10.30am – 1.00pm.

On Sunday afternoon, from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, Lama Jampa will give the initiation of White Tara. Tara is revered as the embodiment of the liberating compassion of all buddhas. In the form of White Tara she is one of the three deities of longevity whose practice is renowned for bestowing the blessings of long life.

There is no charge for under 18s. Concessionary tickets and half day tickets can be bought at the venue on the day by cash, debit or credit card.
