Meditation classes resume at Kagyu Ling
Meditation classes at Kagyu Ling restarted on Wednesday 3 January 2018 following the Christmas and new year break.
Classes are held throughout the week – see below for a full list. No experience is necessary and there is no need to book – you can just turn up. The classes give you a chance to learn and practise simple calmness meditation.
Each session lasts for just under an hour and there is time before and afterwards for a chat and a chance to ask questions over tea and coffee.
