Kagyu Ling holds a regular series of practice sessions. Each focuses on a deity puja.
The Medicine Buddha (Sanjay Menla) practice afternoon is on Saturday 30 November 2024. This is open to anyone who has received the relevant reading transmission and is ideal if you wish to practise at home or take part in the regular Medicine Buddha pujas at Kagyu Ling.
There are three sessions of practice: 1pm; 2.30pm and 4pm. You can drop in for just one or two sessions or stay all afternoon.
Explanations of the practice will be given during the first and second sessions.
