Kagyu Ling Buddhist Centre
All are welcome to come to Kagyu Ling and try meditation.
You don’t need any experience and there is no need to book – you can just turn up. Experienced practitioners lead the classes, which give you a chance to learn and practise simple calmness meditation. In addition, we explore some key aspects of Buddhist teachings.
The sessions last for just under an hour and the suggested contribution per class is £3.
