Liverpool Buddhist meditation classes meet at 40 Rodney Street, Liverpool, L1 9AA. (There is no specific bell for the room so when you arrive please phone Ade on 07484 881699.)
All are welcome at the weekly sessions, where you can learn how to meditate and explore Buddhist teachings. At the classes you can learn a simple calming meditation technique that you can then practise at home. We also discuss some key aspects of Buddhist teachings. No experience is necessary and there is no need to book.
