If you’re interested in learning how to meditate, try the meditation zone.

You can take part online, wherever you are, via Zoom, and all are welcome – whether you’ve got some experience of meditation or Buddhism, or none at all.

Each session includes an explanation of a simple, calming meditation practice. This is followed by a brief talk on a key aspect of the Buddha’s teachings. The session ends with a period of reflection on the teaching and an opportunity for questions and answers.
