Online meditation classes
While Buddhist meditation classes in Birkenhead are closed due to coronavirus, you can join online Meditation Zones. These are every Tuesday and Thursday, using Zoom. Meditation Zones are open sessions, and all are welcome.
First, each session gives an explanation of a simple calming meditation practice. After that there is a brief talk on a key aspect of the Buddha’s teachings.
Visit What’s On for Meditation Zone times and Zoom links.
