Meditation Zone via Zoom
Join this online meditation session – Thursday nights at 6pm.
This is an open session, and all are welcome – whether you’ve got some experience of meditation or Buddhism, or none at all.
The session will include an explanation of a simple, yet effective, calming meditation practice which will be followed by a brief talk on a key aspect of the Buddha’s teachings. The session will end with a period of reflection on the teaching and an opportunity for questions and answers.

Thursdays 6pm to 7pm.
Come along and try meditation. All are welcome and there’s no charge. There’s no need to book.
Simply drop in and learn to experience the natural open space of mind.
With meditation you can find the space to allow your mind to settle and experience its natural calmness.
