Online meditation classes

Why not try meditation online? The Central Manchester Buddhist meditation group hosts an online Meditation Zone session every Thursday at 6pm.

All are welcome, whether you have some experience of meditation, or are a beginner. There is no charge. To join in, download the Zoom app onto your phone or computer and click this link at 6pm on Thursday: https://zoom.us/j/243800810

In addition there are further online meditation zone sessions every Tuesday at 7.30pm and 8pm via Zoom.

First, each session gives an explanation of a simple calming meditation practice. After that there is a brief talk on a key aspect of the Buddha’s teachings.

Visit What’s On for all the Meditation Zone times and Zoom links.
