Online meditation classes
While Buddhist meditation classes in Chester are closed due to coronavirus, why not join the online Meditation Zone, each Tuesday at 8pm, hosted jointly by the Colne and Chester Buddhist meditation groups?
These classes are open sessions, and all are welcome.
First, each session gives an explanation of a simple calming meditation practice. After that there is a brief talk on a key aspect of the Buddha’s teachings.
Visit What’s On for all the Meditation Zone times and Zoom links.

More meditation classes
We have groups in New Brighton and Birkenhead in the Wirral in Cheshire; in Liverpool, Wigan, Prestwich; and also in Colne and Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire. In addition to Kagyu Ling, our main centre in Chorlton, there is also a group in central Manchester. Usually all the groups hold weekly classes, at which newcomers are welcome, but due to coronavirus many are currently suspended. Check each group’s page for more information.
