Online meditation classes
While Buddhist meditation classes in Chester are closed due to coronavirus, why not try online meditation? There are online meditation classes every Tuesday and Thursday, via Zoom. These classes are open sessions, and all are welcome.
First, each session gives an explanation of a simple calming meditation practice. After that there is a brief talk on a key aspect of the Buddha’s teachings.
