Online meditation classes

Why not join the online Meditation Zone, each Tuesday at 8pm, hosted by the Colne Buddhist meditation group? In addition, there are further online meditation sessions on Tuesday at 7.30pm and on  Thursday at 6pm, via Zoom.

These online meditation classes are open sessions, and all are welcome. First, each session gives an explanation of a simple calming meditation practice. After that there is a brief talk on a key aspect of the Buddha’s teachings.

Visit What’s On for all the Meditation Zone times and Zoom links.
