Online meditation classes
Why not try online meditation while the Buddhist meditation classes in Liverpool are closed? You can join online Meditation Zones on Tuesday and Thursday via Zoom. These are all open sessions. There is no charge, and all are welcome.
First, each session gives an explanation of a simple calming meditation practice. After that there is a brief talk on a key aspect of the Buddha’s teachings.
