Online meditation classesLiverpool Buddhist Meditation Group

Why not try online meditation while the Buddhist meditation classes in Liverpool are closed? You can join regular online Meditation Zones via Zoom. These are all open sessions. There is no charge, and all are welcome.

First, each session gives an explanation of a simple calming meditation practice. After that there is a brief talk on a key aspect of the Buddha’s teachings.

Visit What’s On for all the Meditation Zone times and Zoom links.

Meditation in Liverpool

Due to the coronavirus situation, Liverpool Buddhist meditation classes are suspended until further notice. But below is some information about our usual weekly sessions.  Of course we’ll update this page as soon as classes resume.

Tuesdays at 7.30pm. You are welcome to our weekly sessions, where you can learn how to meditate, and explore Buddhist teachings. At the classes you can learn a simple calming meditation technique that you can then practise at home. No experience is necessary and beginners are welcome, along with people with experience of meditation and Buddhism. There is no need to book – just come along to the Liverpool Buddhist Meditation group.

Venue: The Wellbeing Centre (Room 2), 39 Rodney Street, Liverpool L1 9EN.
