Mainly Meditation Mornings at Kagyu Ling
Mainly Meditation Mornings return to Kagyu Ling this autumn on Saturday 16 October and Saturday 13 November 2021.
All are welcome – whether are you are new to meditation and Buddhism, or have been practising for some time. You are welcome to attend any or all of the sessions and there is no need to book in advance.
The Mainly Meditation Mornings offer an opportunity to learn the simple technique of calm abiding meditation, and practise in short sessions with others.
