Join meditation classes online or in person


Are you thinking about learning to meditate? Would you like to try meditation with others, and learn a simple calm-abiding technique?

Regular meditation classes are held at Kagyu Ling Buddhist Centre in Manchester, so come along if you’d like to learn about meditation and Buddhism.

Wednesday: 10.30 am to 11.30am and 8pm to 9pm.
Friday: 8pm to 9pm.

Newcomers are welcome and there is no need to book in advance. You’ll learn a simple meditation technique that you can then practise yourself at home.

Meditation classes in Colne, Wigan,  Birkenhead and New Brighton. 

Buddhist meditation classes have also resumed in Colne, Wigan,  Birkenhead and New Brighton.

Learn how to meditate

You don’t need any experience to join the meditation classes, either on zoom or in person.

All are welcome, whether you’ve got some experience of meditation or Buddhism, or none at all. All the sessions give you a chance to learn and practise simple calmness meditation. In addition, we explore some key aspects of Buddhist teachings.
