Online pujas and practice sessions

Regular pujas and practices are being shared online so that sangha members can join in from their homes and we can practise together. This will help us maintain our regular practices and support each other during these difficult weeks. The links are listed below.

To join the pujas you need Zoom, an online video conferencing tool. You can use it on a mobile phone, tablet, laptop or pc, and it is free.

If you’re using a pc or laptop, when you click on the session link for the first time you’ll be prompted to download Zoom if you haven’t already got it. (If you wish, you can set up a Zoom account, but you don’t need to do this.) Once you’ve downloaded Zoom, the link will take you straight to the session.

If you’re using a mobile phone, you’ll be prompted to download the app. Then simply return to this web page and click the link.

Sound and vision

You will be able to see and hear the person leading the puja. You can also choose whether to use your camera to let others see you. We want participants to hear only the person leading the puja, so please mute your microphone unless you specifically wish to speak.

Make sure you download Zoom in advance and join the session a few minutes before the start time.

These online practices are for sangha members. To take part in the pujas you should have taken refuge and received the appropriate initiation and lung (reading transmission) from a qualified Buddhist teacher.
