3 & 4 February 2024: Situ Dharmakara’s Commentary on the Mahamudra Aspiration Prayer (Part 4)

Lama Jampa gave the fourth instalment of this teaching.

On Sunday afternoon  Lama Jampa  bestowed the initiation of Green Tara. The goddess Tara is revered in all traditions of Vajrayana Buddhism as the embodiment of the liberating activity of all buddhas. As such her initiation and meditation are especially effective means of awakening one’s innate capacity for enlightened compassion.

11 & 12 February 2023: Situ Dharmakara’s Commentary on the Mahamudra Aspiration Prayer (Part 1)

Lama Jampa began teaching Situ Dharmakara’s commentary on the Mahamudra Aspiration Prayer composed by the 3rd Karmapa, Rangjung Dorje. This commentary provides a profound explanation of Mahamudra meditation and a defence of the special precepts preserved in the Kagyu tradition.

On the afternoon of 12 February, Lama Jampa bestowed the initiation of Milarepa drawn from the lineage of Jamgon Kongtrul.

1 & 2 July 2023: Situ Dharmakara’s Commentary on the Mahamudra Aspiration Prayer (Part 2)

Lama Jampa gave the second instalment of the teaching of Situ Dharmakara’s commentary on the Mahamudra Aspiration Prayer composed by the 3rd Karmapa, Rangjung Dorje.

On the afternoon of 2 July, Lama Jampa bestowed the initiation of White Dzambala.

9 & 10 December 2023: Situ Dharmakara’s Commentary on the Mahamudra Aspiration Prayer (Part 3)

Lama Jampa gave the third instalment of the teaching of Situ Dharmakara’s commentary on the Mahamudra Aspiration Prayer composed by the 3rd Karmapa, Rangjung Dorje.

19 & 20 February 2022: Jewel Ornament of Liberation (Part 8)

Lama Jampa gave the eighth instalment of his teaching of the Jewel Ornament of Liberation at The Studio, Manchester.

On the Sunday Lama Jampa gave the initiation of Vajrasattva from the Choling lineage.

9 & 10 July 2022: Jewel Ornament of Liberation (Part 9)

Lama Jampa gave the ninth instalment of his teaching of the Jewel Ornament of Liberation at The Studio, Manchester.

On the Sunday Lama Jampa gave the initiation of Sanjay Menla (Medicine Buddha) from the Sky Dharma lineage of Mingyur Dorje.

Lama Jampa also gave the lung for the Sanjay Menla sadhana written by Karma Chagme, which is the practice done at Kagyu Ling on Wednesdays.

In addition he gave the lung for the Seven Line Prayer to Guru Rinpoche and the Thangtong Gyalpo prayers for averting fear of plague, war and famine.

10 & 11 December 2022: Jewel Ornament of Liberation (Part 10)

Lama Jampa gave the tenth and final instalment of his teaching of Gampopa’s Jewel Ornament of Liberation.

On the Sunday afternoon Lama Jampa bestowed the initiation of Yellow Dzambala.
