Birkenhead meditation classes

Birkenhead Buddhist meditation group runs regular weekly classes every Wednesday from 8pm to 9pm.

Christmas break: please note there will be no classes on Wednesdays 24 and 31 December 2025.

Venue: Quaker Meeting House, 83 Park Road South, Birkenhead, CH43 4UU.

Our sessions give you a chance to learn and practise meditation. You can also hear a short explanation of some of the essential Buddhist teachings. There is time afterwards for questions and discussion.

Newcomers are always welcome. No experience is necessary and you don’t need to book – just come along.
