Regular meditation classes
Our Buddhist meditation classes in the north west are for anyone who wants to learn how to meditate in a friendly, relaxed setting, and explore Buddhism. No experience is necessary and there is no need to book – just turn up!
Experienced practitioners lead the sessions and guide you in a simple meditation technique. You can then practise this yourself at home.
In addition, you can learn a little about the basic teachings of the Buddhist tradition such as impermanence, karma and compassion.
