The Chenrezik Practice Day will be led by Jonathan Macaskill. You are welcome to sit in, even if you have not taken refuge or received the initiation or textual transmission. An explanation of the practice will be given.

There will be three sessions: 10am to 11am; 11.30am to 12.30pm; 2pm to 3pm. You can come for one or two sesssions, or stay all day.

Lunch break 12.30pm to 2pm - please bring lunch to share.
