The Chenrezik Practice Day will be led by our experienced practitioners. You are welcome to sit in, even if you have not taken refuge or received the initiation or textual transmission. If you have not been to a Chenrezig practice session before, please contact manchester@dechen.org with a contact number so that we can discuss what to expect.

There will be three sessions: 10am to 11am; 11.30am to 12.30pm; 2pm to 3pm. You can come for one or two sesssions, or stay all day.

Lunch break 12.30pm to 2pm - please bring lunch to share.
