Lama Jampa Thaye will give the third instalment of his teaching on “the Supreme Continuity.”
The Supreme Continuity (Gyud Lama) revealed by the bodhisattva Maitreya to the Indian master Asanga is one of the foundational texts of Kagyu philosophy. It is a profound introduction to the true nature of our minds.
Lama Jampa will elucidate Maitreya’s text through the commentary ‘The Unassailable Lion’s Roar’ composed by Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Thaye. It is one of the rare occasions on which this text has been taught in the West. The teaching is open to anyone with a serious interest in Buddhism.
On Saturday the teaching runs from 10.30am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 4.30pm. On Sunday it is from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
On Sunday afternoon from 2.30pm to 4.30pm Lama Jampa will bestow the initiation of Marichi (Ozer Chenma) from the collection known as The One Hundred Sadhanas of Bari Lotsawa
