Mind training is a system of meditation for developing the thought of enlightenment. At its heart is the practice of exchanging oneself for others.

Session 2: 14:00 - 16:00
Drop in for one or more sessions or stay all day. The event is open to all looking to learn about Tibetan Buddhism and it’s benefits.
