The day will provide the opportunity for people to immerse themselves in the Shower of Blessings practice, a guru yoga of Guru Padmasambhava, alongside experienced practitioners. The day can be particularly helpful for newer community members or people considering attending regular pujas at Kagyu Ling.  Sessions will be held at
10 am, 11.30 am and 2 pm - please bring lunch to share but feel free to attend one, two or all three sessions. The third session will be a tsok (feast) puja, so please also bring a contribution for the tsok.

Please note that receipt of the reading transmission (lung) for the sadhana is a prerequisite for attending the day.

There is no charge for attending these Saturday events but a suggested donation of £3 per session for the taught or led events would be welcome if you can afford it.
